Ceviche in Black Sauces: Selection of fresh seafood in a vibrant black sauce of charred chilies, soy, and lime, with avocado and accompanied by corn tortilla chips.

Tuna Tostada: Thin cubes of tuna marinated in our signature petrolera sauce, on crispy tostada, with a light touch of chipotle sauce and avocado.

Octopus Tostada: Octopus sautéed in garlic on crispy tostada, enhanced with avocado and a delicate touch of chili powder.

Salmon Tostada: Fresh raw salmon on toasted sourdough bread, accompanied by spinach salad and our signature matcha salsa.

Tacos: Each taco counts as one appetizer. All tacos are accompanied by pico de gallo, avocado salsa, matcha salsa, and limes.

Tempura Fried Calamari:
